Julio Pacca

Director of Pathfinder's Technical Services Unit

Julio Pacca is Director of Pathfinder's Technical Services Unit.

He has over 20 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health, with a specific focus on family planning, HIV/AIDS, adolescents, health system strengthening, and project management.

Julio has provided technical assistance to 25 countries and currently supervises Senior Technical Advisors in the design and implementation of programs at Pathfinder. Before becoming Pathfinder's Technical Services Director, he served as Country Representative in Mozambique where he oversaw Pathfinder's portfolio of projects in the country, raising the annual budget from $500,000 in 2004 to $14 million in 2010.
