Community Scorecards in Tanzania

Pathfinder was awarded a second grant from the Results for Development Institute to implement activities that are complementary to those of the Citizen Report Cards.

Community scorecard tools were applied, which included provider self-evaluations on service provision and community scores on performance. With the data gathered, Pathfinder brought providers and community members together to identify issues of poor quality and determine how improvements can be made.
