mHMtaani: Mobile Health for Our Communities in Kenya
With support from USAID, under the APHIAplus Nairobi-Coast project, Pathfinder launched mHMtaani or “Mobile health for our communities.” The project aims to promote healthier communities by using mobile technology to monitor and track the health of pregnant mothers, as well as OVC in Kilifi County in Coast province, Kenya. mHMtaani works to improve service delivery for children and adults at the community level using CommCare, a recognized mHealth platform provided by Dimagi.
